SPF频闪彩色照度计是频闪、照度等测量功能于一体，针对现场健康照明检测而研发的便携式光谱频闪测量仪，可实现快速测试。可测试闪烁百分比、闪烁指数、闪烁频率、闪烁波形等，满足满足能源之星Lamps V2.1、NEMA77、CIE TN006、IEEE std 1789等标准。
