Light is an electromagnetic wave. Its visible light wavelength is 380nm-780nm with special wavelength. 200nm-380nm is near ultraviolet rays and below than it is far ultraviolet rays. Since the far ultraviolet only can be transmitted in a vacuum, it has a special significance to test 200nm-380nm when we want to test ultraviolet rays.
CMS-3000S(UV) fast spectral analysis system(UV) adopts the international most advanced holographic concave grating spectral technique. Its optical path design is unique with extremely low stray light.
